Meet Maxime! Our dedicated recruiter, known for her integrity, empathy and accuracy. In her spare time, Maxime is a real 'bon vivant'. She enjoys playing tennis, working off a bucket list of starred restaurants around the world, cooking with passion, reading and enjoying trips with friends and family. At 180 cm tall, she has a higher perspective, literally and figuratively, which means she is always one step ahead. Her HRM & Legal-Administrative background gives her the knowledge and experience to optimally support candidates and employers. As an experienced matchmaker, Maxime knows exactly how to make connections, always keeping an eye on the needs and wishes of both parties. Maxime brings not only professionalism to FlexHero, but also a breath of fresh air of enthusiasm and creativity.

Meet Floris! Our versatile and driven Account Manager. He studied at the IVA Business School in Driebergen, where he honed his business skills and further developed his love of technology and cars. When he is not out and about with friends or family, you can find him on the padel court or in the kickboxing ring. These sports keep him sharp and ensure he stays in top form both physically and mentally. He also greatly enjoys going to rock concerts and taking relaxing trips to the sea - perfect for unwinding. Being in daily contact with a wide variety of clients and candidates gives him great satisfaction, especially when he and the team get to make another great mediation. Floris is someone who says what he does and does what he says. His reliability, accessibility and dedication, make it a pleasure to work with him. He is an indispensable force in the FlexHero team and we are proud to have him on board.

From February, we will be able to add Milan to our team as an intern. He is studying to be a Legal, Insurance & HR Services Specialist at Summa College in Eindhoven – the same route that Maxime once took. Coincidence? A good choice, if we do say so ourselves! Our Milan is more than just a budding legal whiz. He has a great love of aviation and travelling, with Vietnam, Thailand and Brazil as his dream destinations. This summer he will be setting off with his backpack to explore Thailand. Milan is a calm and precise worker who likes to have the details in order. Whether he is working on current recruitment processes, talking to clients on the phone about new vacancies or has a busy evening as a waiter, he keeps a cool head. We are happy with his efforts and curious to see which destination – in the world or in his career – he chooses!
