What happens within this organization in Venray?
- Production of high-quality truss systems
- Since the early 2000s, they have been designing and manufacturing truss constructions made of certified aluminum; both standard and custom solutions for the entertainment and AV market.
Rental division with large inventory - They manage a considerable rental fleet – several kilometers of truss, hundreds of circular elements, and heavy towers – aimed at events, festivals, and trade shows.
Strong focus on flexibility and quality - The organization is known for its fast service, flexibility with last-minute assignments, strict quality control, and safety certifications.
Growth & export ambitions - Both the production site in Venray and international sales (Germany, Europe, and even worldwide) are being actively developed.
Company size and culture
The organization consists of a small to medium-sized team of about 25 to 30 employees working at the production site in Venray. The culture is informal and agile, with short communication lines and a no-nonsense mentality. Thanks to compact teams, there is room for individual contribution and flexibility, with employees from different roles — from engineering to production — actively contributing to solutions.

Working within the company
Working in this organization means being part of a dynamic and challenging environment. You contribute to the realization of constructions for major events, ranging from festivals to international trade shows. The factory is technologically advanced, partly automated and robot-assisted, and equipped with high-quality facilities. Production meets strict certifications, including EN1090 Class 3, ensuring quality and safety.
Decision-making is fast, and employees enjoy a great deal of freedom and responsibility. There is room for initiative: if a customer requires a special construction, action can be taken immediately. The company’s international orientation means that employees are involved in high-profile productions, including global events such as the Eurovision Song Contest. These international projects add extra meaning to the work and provide variety and challenge.
What you’ll be doing:
• TIG welding of aluminum structures into complete systems
• Working on both custom-made and serial production projects
• Performing quality checks and finishing work
• Working in a clean, daytime-only production environment
- EU passport or nationality
- Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch
- Valid category B driver’s license
- TIG welding experience at minimum level 2
- Experience with round welding (welding along curves or around pipes/round objects)
- Available to start on short notice
- Motivated, responsible, and able to work with a strong sense of quality and precision
- A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
- Your salary will be paid weekly
- 27 vacation days + 13 additional days off (ADV)
- You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people and attention to you as a person
- We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which can be deducted weekly from your salary. The cost per week is €38.01
- We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49,-
