What happens within this organization in Hapert?
- This organization develops and produces high-quality composite products, mainly made of carbon and glass fiber-reinforced plastics.
- They focus on applications in medical technology (such as patient table tops for X-ray and MRI equipment), high-tech machine components, and lightweight structures for the automotive, defense, and aerospace industries.
- Production is not limited to a single type of product: prototypes, medium series, and continuous large series are manufactured using various production methods such as RTM and hot pressing.
- The facilities include a modern production floor of over 10,000 m² with advanced processes, all supported by certifications such as ISO 13485 and ISO 14001.

Around 60 to 75 employees work at the production site, all within a relatively compact organization. There is an informal, open, and no-nonsense culture, with short lines and direct communication. Your tasks:
• Preparing and processing materials for production
• Operating machines and tools for assembly and finishing
• Assembling components according to specifications
• Performing quality checks and reporting deviations
• Supporting logistics and stock tasks when needed
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and organized
- EU nationality or passport
- Good command of English
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to relocate and live in the Netherlands
- A CV showing stability and relevant work experience
- Experience in a technical or production environment – this is a plus
- Accuracy, motivation, and knowledge of production processes – this is a must
- A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
- Your salary will be paid weekly
- 27 vacation days + 13 additional days off (ADV)
- You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people and attention to you as a person
- We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which can be deducted weekly from your salary. The cost per week is €38.01
- We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49,-
