Allround Production Worker

FlexHero is looking for a reliable and hands-on Allround Production Worker for various technical production tasks in the south of the Netherlands. In this role, flexibility, precision, and a proactive mindset are essential.

What happens within this organization?
• This company develops and manufactures high-quality composite products, mainly from carbon and glass fiber-reinforced plastics.
• They focus on applications in medical technology (such as patient tables for X-ray and MRI equipment), high-tech machine parts, and lightweight structures for the automotive, defense, and aerospace industries.
• Production is not limited to one type of product: they produce prototypes, medium-sized batches, and continuous large series using various methods such as RTM and hot pressing.
• The facilities include a modern 10,000 m² production floor with advanced processes, all supported by certifications such as ISO 13485 and ISO 14001.

Your tasks:
• Preparing and processing materials for production
• Operating machines and tools for assembly and finishing
• Assembling components according to specifications
• Performing quality checks and reporting deviations
• Supporting logistics and stock tasks when needed
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and organized

Who we’re looking for:
🔹 EU nationality or passport
🔹 Good command of English
🔹 Valid driver’s license
🔹 Willingness to relocate and live in the Netherlands
🔹 A CV showing stability and relevant work experience
🔹 Experience in a technical or production environment – this is a plus
🔹 Accuracy, motivation, and knowledge of production processes – this is a must
