About the Company
For a medium-sized, artisanal furniture manufacturer in the Southeast Brabant region, we are looking for motivated individuals who want to contribute to the production of high-quality, custom-made wooden furniture. The organization specializes in bespoke work with solid oak and supplies both individual pieces and complete interiors to private clients and businesses. Everything is developed, produced, and delivered in-house—from raw plank to finished product.

Within this organization, you work together in a close-knit team of craftsmen, where quality, precision, and customer focus are paramount. The atmosphere is informal but professional: colleagues know each other well, work hard, but also enjoy a laugh. Communication lines are short, allowing you to quickly coordinate with colleagues on the shop floor or office. Initiative is appreciated, and there is room to contribute ideas about work processes or product improvements.

The workspace is spacious and well-equipped, combining craftsmanship and modern technology. Think of computer-controlled saws, professional tools, and workstations where craftsmanship is central.

Your tasks:
• MIG/MAG welding of metal components
• Reading and working from technical drawings
• (Optional) Use of laser welding technology
• Quality checking your own work
• Collaborating with other welders and production staff

What we’re looking for:
🔹 At least 3 years of MIG/MAG welding experience
🔹 Ability to read technical drawings
🔹 English language – mandatory
🔹 Category B driving license and own transport
🔹 Motivation, precision, and a strong work ethic
🔹 Experience with laser welding is a plus
