For a medium-sized, artisanal furniture manufacturer in Leende, we are looking for motivated individuals who want to contribute to the production of high-quality, custom-made wooden furniture. The organization specializes in bespoke work with solid oak and supplies both individual pieces of furniture and complete interiors to private customers and businesses. Everything is developed, produced, and delivered in-house – from raw plank to finished end product.
Within this organization, you work together in a close-knit team of craftsmen, where quality, precision, and customer focus are paramount. The atmosphere is informal yet professional: colleagues know each other well, work hard, but also share laughs. Communication lines are short, allowing you to quickly coordinate with colleagues on the shop floor or office. Initiative is appreciated, and there is room to contribute ideas about work processes or product improvements.
The working environment is spacious, with a well-equipped workshop where craftsmanship and modern technology come together. Think of computer-controlled saw machines, professional tools, and workstations where craftsmanship is central.
• MIG/MAG welding of metal components
• Reading and working from technical drawings
• (Optional) Use of laser welding technology
• Quality checking your own work
• Collaborating with other welders and production staff
- At least 3 years of MIG/MAG welding experience
- Ability to read technical drawings
- English language – mandatory
- Category B driving license and own transport
- Motivation, precision, and a strong work ethic
- Experience with laser welding is a plus
- A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
- Your salary will be paid weekly
- 27 vacation days + 13 additional days off (ADV)
- You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people and attention to you as a person
- We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which can be deducted weekly from your salary. The cost per week is €38.01
- We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49,-
Must-haves: EU passport or nationality, English communication skills, valid driver’s license, own transport, welding experience
