Air Duct Installer

We’re hiring: Air Duct Installer (m/f) – Eindhoven Region
Join a professional team working on ventilation and air duct systems in commercial and residential projects across the Eindhoven area.

This company specializes in installation work in construction and utility projects. They work on various assignments such as steel structures, wall and ceiling systems, and light architectural installations. A small, tight-knit team of skilled workers delivers custom solutions on-site.
The working atmosphere is down-to-earth and practical: colleagues know each other well, there is a lot of mutual trust, and everyone takes responsibility independently. Thanks to the small-scale setup, communication lines are short and there is plenty of room for personal initiative. Craftsmanship, reliability, and teamwork are at the core of everything they do.

What you’ll be doing:
• Installing and assembling air ducts and ventilation systems
• Working on commercial and residential construction sites (new builds, renovations, service jobs)
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
• Installing rectangular and round ductwork (metal and plastic)
• Hanging duct systems using the correct suspension methods
• Connecting ducts to air handling units and components
• Testing airtightness and sealing small leaks
• Ensuring installations meet project specifications
• Communicating with your team, site supervisors, and project managers
You’ll work both independently and as part of a tight-knit team, with a focus on quality and safety.

What we’re looking for:
🔹 Proven experience in duct installation
🔹 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
🔹 Precise, safe, and clean work mentality
🔹 VCA certificate (or willing to obtain) – VCA is a plus
🔹 EU nationality
🔹 Valid category B driver’s license
🔹 Good English communication skills
🔹 Flexible, proactive, and reliable
