Concrete Worker

We’re hiring: Concrete Production Worker (m/f) – Eindhoven Region

This organization specializes in the production of precast concrete products for the construction and infrastructure sector. Using modern production facilities, they manufacture high-quality concrete elements used in residential buildings, commercial projects, and civil engineering works.

The company operates with a compact team of skilled employees in an informal and results-driven work environment. Quality, precision, and safety are highly valued. Due to the small-scale structure, communication lines are short, allowing for direct communication and plenty of room for personal initiative. Collaboration and craftsmanship are the foundation of their success.

• Assembling concrete elements and placing built-in parts
• Pouring concrete and unloading finished products
• Operating overhead cranes, hall cranes, and other necessary equipment
• Checking the quality and ensuring production standards are met
• Collaborating with team members for a smooth and efficient process

What we’re looking for:

• EU nationality
• English and/or Dutch language skills
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of production experience, preferably with concrete
• Available at short notice
• Motivated, reliable, and willing to work in shifts

• Shift allowance: 15% or 21%, depending on schedule
• Travel reimbursement
• Year-end bonus
• Fitness plan included

• Possibility of a direct contract after 1 year

Must-haves: EU passport, English or Dutch communication skills, valid driver’s license, production experience
