This organization in Heeze specializes in the production of prefabricated concrete products for the construction and infrastructure sectors. Using modern production facilities, they manufacture high-quality concrete elements applied in residential, commercial, and civil engineering projects.
The company operates with a compact team of skilled employees within an informal and results-driven work environment. Quality, precision, and safety are highly valued. • Assembling concrete elements and placing built-in parts
• Pouring concrete and unloading finished products
• Operating overhead cranes, hall cranes, and other necessary equipment
• Checking the quality and ensuring production standards are met
• Collaborating with team members for a smooth and efficient process
- EU nationality
- English and/or Dutch language skills
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of production experience, preferably with concrete
- Available at short notice
- Motivated, reliable, and willing to work in shifts
- A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
- Your salary will be paid weekly
- 27 vacation days + 13 additional days off (ADV)
- You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people and attention to you as a person
- We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which can be deducted weekly from your salary. The cost per week is €38.01
- We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49,-
Must-haves: EU passport, English or Dutch communication skills, valid driver’s license, production experience
