This organization in Budel operates in the roofing industry and focuses on both renovation and new construction projects. They work with various types of roofing materials, including bitumen, synthetic membranes, and green roofs, and are skilled in working on both flat and slightly sloped roofs.
The team consists of experienced professionals who enjoy hands-on work and working outdoors. The organization has an informal atmosphere with short communication lines and clear agreements. Safety, craftsmanship, and reliability are central values. Employees are given a lot of independence and often work in small teams on diverse projects in the region.
In this challenging and varied role, you are responsible for installing dormers, flat roofs, insulation, tiled roofs, chimneys, and solar panels. Together with your team, you’ll work toward a beautiful end result that will still be standing in 80 years! The work is highly diverse, and no day is the same. There's a relaxed atmosphere where hard work and laughter go hand in hand. Your tasks include:

Performing various roof-related tasks;

Repairing and installing solar panels, roof windows, dormers, chimneys, tiled roofs, and flat roofs;

Clearing battens, laying tiles, carpentry, detailing, and lead work;

Carrying out tasks within the set quality standards;

Ensuring good quality in your work;

Leading and supervising colleagues.

Preferably a completed carpentry education;

A customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude;

Proven experience as a roofer;

High standards for quality work;

VCA certificate or willingness to obtain it;

Good communication skills;

Possession of a category B driving license.
- A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
- Your salary will be paid weekly
- 27 vacation days + 13 additional days off (ADV)
- You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people and attention to you as a person
- We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which can be deducted weekly from your salary. The cost per week is €38.01
- We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49,-
