This organization in Hapert specializes in technical installation and maintenance work within the industrial sector. They provide services such as electrical installations, machine maintenance, and process automation for a wide range of clients. In this role, you manage cutting tools, molds, and clamping devices essential for manufacturing complex precision components from various materials. Minimizing setup times on CNC machines is an important part of the job. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

Collecting the necessary (special) tools for each production order.

Preparing and assembling tools for use by colleagues working as CNC Turners and CNC Milling Operators.

Performing inspections and measurements of tools using a presetting device.

Continuously learning about new tool developments and advising colleagues when needed.

Inspecting returned tools.

Collaborating with an external grinding company for tool maintenance.

Managing inventory and placing orders for new tools when necessary.
FlexHero is looking for someone who values accuracy and attention to detail. A “Tool Manager” with a technical mindset.
- You have a strong affinity with technology;
- It is an advantage if you are able to understand technical drawings;
- You work in an organized and precise manner;
- It is a big plus if you have knowledge of materials and tools;
- Your computer skills are up to date.

- Your salary will be paid weekly
- 27 vacation days + 13 additional days off (ADV)

- We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which can be deducted weekly from your salary. The cost per week is €38.01
- We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49,-
