Wat will you do?

An independent and responsible role in which you will operate CNC machines according to work order, technical drawing and specifications. Work will involve Mori Seiki, DMG and Okuma Multus:

  • Setting up the CNC machines, according to programmes and procedures.
  • Work to the highest possible accuracies;
  • Involving in machining strategy, tool selection, fixture method and quality assessment;
  • Carefully checking the quality of the products;
  • Preventive maintenance of both tools, fixtures and machines;
  • Thinking along in the optimisation of processes./li>

What are we looking for?

  • A candidate with MBO working and thinking level 3 or 4;
  • Preferably you have an educational background in fine mechanics or mechanical engineering or you have been trained in the field;
  • A CNC Turner with at least five years’ experience;
  • Great experience in machine control. You have a well-developed technical spatial awareness and experience with exotic metalware;
  • Communicatively proficient, you take initiative and can move forward independently;
  • Experience with position and shape tolerances and common quality systems/measuring tools;
